Subsequent to the Ohio militant event this past weekend, a discussion took place between a leader of the Executive Cadre and the chief executive manager of the Company on cautionary flags that serve as indicia for potential genocide.

Risk Division has collated the salient points of that discussion into this Company Report for dissemination to the public.

Invading hostile ethnic forces, official proclamations of "resettlement", and other warning signs of genocide generally present too late to instill effective changes in the terrain.

It is incumbent on every individual, organization, and institution to recognize and investigate these caution flags as they arise.

Genocide is an inevitable feature of contesting civilizations. History is replete with horrific examples, and there will be more in the future.

Witness and remember these indicia of progression to mass murder.

The first caution flag is what the Company refers to as "received wisdom of invalid collective identity". Where the identity of an ethnic, religious, or national group is accepted by the majority of surrounding populations and powers as invalid, the rights of self-protection, self-determination, and self-advancement belonging to the targeted group are denigrated, desecrated, and defunct.

More simply put, one sees it in the aggression of critical race theory and the counterpoint denial of that aggression. This leads to dangerous "well, of course" mindsets of invalidity across the broader population, its organizations, and institutions towards any healthy in-group identity among the targets.

By contrast, identical affirmations by hostile subgroups of the broader population are celebrated, and even the basic fundamentals of faith are turned against the target.

Where this takes place, the terrain has shifted to genocidal slope, albeit subtly. This shift is precondition, as it is required for the infection of institutional power with hostility towards the target group.

Simple statements of in-group identity, no matter how innocuous or objectively harmless and correct, are castigated and attacked as offensive hatred, leading to downwards contempt and aggression towards the targets.

An additional caution flag, one that indicates acceleration towards genocide, is lack of plan for replacement of functions traditionally carried out by the targets.

This is most explicitly seen in Zimbabwe where the critical food production industry, dominated by white farmers, was decimated by those who had no plan beyond immediate ethnic cleansing.

President Mugabe's calls in 2014 for white farmers to go were quickly followed in 2015 by asking white farmers to return, in 2016 with pleas to the world community to provide $1.5 billion to prevent mass starvation, followed in 2017 with mass famine and in 2018 with acknowledgement that their nation was doomed without that critical subgroup.

Zimbabwe finally reversed course with pledge to pay $3.5bn in compensation for their error.

Today you see it in the dangerous effect of diversity, equity, and inclusion ("DEI") on aircraft safety.

There is a caution flag in the rise of officially sanctioned paramilitary or irregular military formations.

It is a frequent practice for regular forces to hand over targeted civilians to ethnic militias for cleansing, as seen in Bosnia and prominently in Lithuania.

Official hostility to group identity is seen in radical prosecutions, and conversely, when judicial organs rebel against openly unfair prosecution.

There are more indicia; this summation is not complete nor exhaustive. Human beings are above all things inventive, and their employment of genocide is a foregone conclusion.

It is too late to stop genocide once it begins. As the world watches it take place in Gaza at the hands of the Israeli military, there is no effective intervention.

Always pay attention to these caution flags. Their most formidable accomplice is normalcy bias.

There are many available analyses of genocidal stages. Effective prevention of your own demands early recognition of inbound indicia.
