• Launch preparation has begun for the Tribunals.

This Advisory is released in the context of several factors:

• Today's urgent filing by South Africa in the genocide case against Israel before the International Court of Justice;
• Recent threat by twelve US senators to the International Criminal Court that arrest warrants for Israeli leaders would be interpreted as threats to US sovereignty;
• Global withdrawal of COVID vaccines by AstraZeneca following their admission of blood clot production in recipients;
• Revelations of artificial intelligence deployed by Israel for deliberate automated targeting of civilian families for airstrikes;
• Existing planned launch of the Tribunals on Election Day 2024 in the United States.

Due to the nature of Tribunal platform development and the severity of actions under Tribunal advisory, the Company will not comment prior to launch unless recommendations for public action are warranted.

Risk Division issues the following ADVISORY for individuals, organizations, and institutions who anticipate interest, engagement, and/or interaction with the Tribunals:

1. Visit https://tribunals.ai and register with the platform. This will provide you with introduction to the work of the Company ahead of November launch.

Risk Division also issues the following recommendations for your safety and security:

1. Monitor reports of State malfeasance: Ensure you are aware of your potential national culpability in atrocities.
2. Plan for escalated totalitarianism: Establish and prepare militant relationships ahead of population control events.
3. Know your rights in opposition to authority: Educate yourself on international law and human rights conventions.

Risk Division does not provide method for external submission of complaint to the Tribunals prior to formal launch on Tuesday, November 5th 2024.
