Recent nationalist triumphs in the European Parliament elections in Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Greece, Belgium, and the Netherlands have been underscored by the sharply successful results over the weekend in the first round of French snap elections:
The far right is on the doorstep of power. Fueled by political mistrust, rejection of immigration and rising security concerns, the wave is not unique to France, but for a country that thought itself better protected than other democracies by its republican tradition, its institutions and its two-round majority voting system, the shock is immense.
With shocking and incredible lack of irony, Le Monde characterizes a French party in French elections that advances the interests of French people in France as "highly dangerous":
The situation is made all the more dangerous by the fact that there are barely six days left to avoid the worst – preventing the RN from gaining an absolute majority in the Assemblée Nationale. Only the formation of a powerful republican front can stand in the way of a party which, despite all its concealments, remains highly dangerous because its policies are based on "national preference," a concept that amounts to classifying people according to where they come from.
It is imperative on members of the Hard and Dissident Right to coalesce, unify, and organize on every level. It is also critical that offensive posture designed to facilitate, lead, and channel the initiative captured by the Hard Right be maintained throughout every theater of engagement.
In keeping with this strategic need, Hungary's Viktor Orbán has launched Patriots for Europe, designed to serve as a coalition of hard right parties in European government:
On Sunday, Orban took the initiative and announced the creation of a new far-right alliance in the European Parliament, together with the FPÖ, an extremist party which led the polls at the recent European elections in Austria, and the ANO party of former Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis.
Portugal’s Chega party has announced that it will join the coalition:
Chega’s president, André Ventura, on Sunday said that he was keen to have his party’s two recently elected lawmakers join the Patriots of Europe group, which is made up of members of Orbán’s Fidesz party, Austria’s Freedom Party (FPÖ) and the Czech Action of Dissatisfied Citizens (ANO) movement.
This rise of the Hard Right is inevitable across all fronts with mathematical precision.
The seeds of collapse and overthrow of the Left in Europe has been clearly visible in the gap between the People and the State, reinforced by the destruction of their heritage and culture inflicted upon them by kleptocratic globalist oligarchs.
Refusal to by the Left to heed the danger inherent in their cordon sanitaire has reached apogee:
Most of Europe’s political mainstream has doubled down on the cordon sanitaire, the ostracism of elected representatives to the right of traditional conservative parties. In campaigns this involves painting such parties as not just political adversaries but threats to democracy itself. When the results are in, the cordon sanitaire rules out parliamentary collaboration, let alone a governing coalition, with them.
It is time to admit that this approach can sometimes do more harm than good. Most obviously, it has not prevented Europe’s nationalist right from building up its voter support over recent decades.
Portraying a party as so outside a community’s political norms that it can never be allowed near power can backfire. It reinforces its voters’ sense that traditional elites treat them with contempt and neglect — part of what attracts people to protest movements in the first place. Devising ways to marginalise them can also undermine respect for democratic norms. If a party is always — regardless of its success, conduct and programme — prevented from influencing policy, how are its voters supposed to think democracy will give their grievances due consideration? What stake does such a party itself have in the norms?
In the United States, the horrific debacle of the recent Presidential debate graphically demonstrated the extent to which the current occupant of the White House is visibly medically incompetent.
DNC Chairman Jaime Harrison and Biden campaign manager Julie Chavez Rodriguez held a Saturday afternoon call with dozens of committee members across the country, a group of some of the most influential members of the party. They largely ignored Biden's weak showing Thursday night or the avalanche of criticism that followed.
Multiple committee members on the call described feeling like they were being gaslighted — that they were being asked to ignore the dire nature of the party's predicament. The call, they said, may have worsened a widespread sense of panic among elected officials, donors and other stakeholders.
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Presidential immunity in Trump v. United States, forestalling efforts to prosecute former President Trump and provoking rage on the part of Democrat parliamentarians:
“This decision by the Supreme Court today is a travesty and perhaps the most dangerous judicial opinion from our Supreme Court in generations,” Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.) said. “By smooth and naive legalese, these partisan justices have created a framework for a President to commit any acts he or she chooses … This opinion is nothing less than a blueprint for a lawless dictator to take root in the Oval Office of the White House.”
Political prosecutions will continue to ramp up in both directions:
Speaking to Bash, Graham continued: “This country is going to have a reset here and using [Joe] Biden’s standard of glorifying political prosecutions, a Pandora’s box has been opened. Whether he steps down or not, accountability is coming to him.”
Bash, who co-hosted the first presidential debate between Biden and Trump earlier this week, replied: “Sir, you just warned of retribution.”
In response, Graham said: “Yeah. I warned that the Pandora’s box opened by the Democrats is going to be applied here.”
The Company works with militant individuals, organizations, and institutions across the United States and Europe. We continue to push forward with drivers of capacity, coherence and competence into their rank and file, leadership, and strategic relationships.
In particular, our coming Flashpoint Europe event will focus on lateral alliances, ground organization, and mission coherence for distributed nationalist, populist, and activist organizations and institutions across the hostile neoliberal governance terrain of the European theater of the Third World War.
The Netherlands Faction of the Movement is in development, following initial organization in Texas and Ohio.
Additional ground dominance events are in planning for multiple locations.
