Company statement on 21 Summit

Throne Dynamics (the “Company”) is aware of the public statement dated today from Anthony Johnson of 21 Studios referencing the speech delivered in Orlando, Florida by Ivan Throne, chief executive manager of the Company; said statement a disavowal of content presented by Ivan Throne on behalf of the the Company and its teams at the 21 Summit over the past weekend; and severing of relationships with the Company.

Mr. Johnson’s prerogative is of course to establish and sever relationships between 21 Studios and other entities at his discretion.

In accordance with his statement, we are pleased to confirm that no further shareholder, partner, or client relationship exists between Anthony Johnson, 21 Studios, and Throne Dynamics.

The Company is also pleased to confirm that neither Mr. Johnson nor 21 Studios should be considered as spokespersons or advocates of the Company’s interests or affairs.

We wish both Mr. Johnson and 21 Studios the very best of success in these challenging times, and with respect for their long record of accomplishment in a dynamic, rapidly changing age.
